Who you are
You have a strong background in accounts payable management, with experience in overseeing AP operations and ensuring compliance with company policies. You excel in managing teams and workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and payments. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with both vendors and internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the AP function.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple entities and their respective accounts payable processes efficiently. Your ability to analyze and reconcile accounts ensures that financial records are accurate and up-to-date. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
What you'll do
As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the accounts payable team, ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will manage the execution of payment runs and conduct GL journal entry reviews to maintain financial integrity. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of AP operations.
You will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all AP-related inquiries, addressing any issues that arise with vendors or internal stakeholders. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the accounts payable function and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
What we offer
