Who you are
You have a strong background in financial management, particularly in accounts payable, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are hands-on and detail-oriented, capable of overseeing high-volume transactions while ensuring compliance and governance in financial operations. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams effectively, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. You understand the importance of building scalable processes and are adept at leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. You are committed to continuous improvement and are proactive in identifying areas for enhancement within the accounts payable function.
Desirable
Experience in a public company environment is a plus, as is familiarity with outsourced processing models. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and can adapt to the evolving needs of a growing organization.
