Who you are
You have a proven track record of leadership in supply chain management, particularly within the biopharmaceutical sector. With over 10 years of experience, you understand the complexities of managing global supply chains and have successfully navigated the challenges of clinical supply chain activities. Your expertise includes demand forecasting, supplier management, and inventory control, ensuring that investigational products are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You are a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments. Your ability to analyze data and make informed decisions has led to significant improvements in supply chain processes in your previous roles. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex supply chain concepts to stakeholders at all levels. You are adept at building relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards common goals. You are also committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team, encouraging innovative solutions to supply chain challenges.
Desirable
Experience with clinical trial supply chains and commercial supply chain operations is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the biopharmaceutical industry will set you apart as a candidate. You may also have experience with supply chain software and tools that enhance visibility and efficiency.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Supply Chain at BridgeBio, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the global supply chain for investigational products. This includes managing the end-to-end supply chain activities from packaging and labeling to distribution and demand forecasting for multiple clinical studies. You will lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all supply chain operations run smoothly.
You will develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes optimizing inventory levels, improving supplier relationships, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the supply chain. You will also be responsible for managing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring that supply and demand are balanced effectively.
In addition to clinical supply chain activities, you will oversee commercial supply chain operations, ensuring that products are delivered to market in a timely and efficient manner. You will collaborate closely with commercial teams to understand market demands and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
Your role will also involve monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of supply chain operations. You will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to enhance performance.
What we offer
At BridgeBio, we offer a competitive salary range of $335,000 to $392,500 USD, reflecting the importance of this leadership role within our organization.
