Who you are
You have a proven track record in supply chain management, with extensive experience in overseeing complex fulfillment and inventory operations. You understand the intricacies of managing carrier performance and have a knack for building strong relationships with fulfillment partners. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify inefficiencies and drive automation within supply chain processes.
You are a strategic thinker who can design and enforce performance SLAs across fulfillment and shipping, ensuring that operations run smoothly and continuously improve. Your leadership skills enable you to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving operational excellence.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of Voomi's supply chain, ensuring that daily execution across inventory, fulfillment, and shipping meets all operational metrics. You will lead efforts to build and manage relationships with key fulfillment partners, such as FedEx and UPS, to improve cost, speed, and reliability of service. You will also oversee the reverse logistics program, minimizing friction for customers while protecting margins.
Your responsibilities will include driving supply chain automation and systems upgrades, identifying manual choke points, and engineering out inefficiencies. You will be tasked with designing and enforcing performance SLAs across fulfillment and shipping, building a metrics-driven culture that prioritizes continuous improvement.
