You have a background in product management with experience in software development, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors. You understand the intricacies of guiding product development from conception to launch, ensuring that user needs are met while aligning with business goals. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with engineering, support, and leadership teams to define features and manage releases effectively. You are passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and have a keen interest in radiation oncology or related fields. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform decisions and improve product offerings continuously.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the development of DoseGuide, Radformation's innovative software that enhances treatment accuracy in radiation oncology. You will work closely with engineering teams to define software features and ensure that the product meets the evolving needs of clinics and patients. You will manage product releases, testing, and version control, ensuring that each iteration of DoseGuide is aligned with user feedback and clinical requirements. You will collaborate with support and success teams to gather insights from users and incorporate them into the product roadmap. Additionally, you will conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring that DoseGuide remains a leader in the field. You will also be involved in defining success metrics for the product and analyzing performance data to drive improvements.
