What you'll do

As the Senior Director/Safety Scientist, you will lead the pharmacovigilance operations team, overseeing safety assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will develop and implement safety strategies for investigational products, working closely with clinical development teams to assess safety data and identify potential risks. Your role will involve collaborating with regulatory affairs to prepare submissions and respond to inquiries from health authorities.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your expertise will guide the organization in making informed decisions regarding product safety and risk management. You will play a key role in shaping the pharmacovigilance strategy and ensuring that patient safety remains a top priority throughout the drug development process.
