You have extensive experience in implementation consulting, particularly within the life sciences sector, and a strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and safety systems. Your background includes working with SaaS solutions, and you are adept at managing customer relationships and project delivery. You thrive in a collaborative environment, where you can challenge the status quo and drive innovation in drug safety processes.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively guide customers through implementation programs and best practices. Your ability to define and drive business processes ensures that projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. You are comfortable working remotely and are flexible to travel as needed to meet client requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the Safety Professional Services team, responsible for implementing Veeva's Vault Safety solution. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and tailor the implementation process accordingly. Your role will involve acting as both a Project Manager and Solution Architect, ensuring that the project team delivers the solution effectively.

You will define business processes and guide the project team in delivering the solution, leveraging your deep implementation expertise. Throughout the implementation programs, you will provide support and best practices to customers, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. Your innovative thinking will be crucial in transforming drug safety and pharmacovigilance practices within the life sciences industry.
