What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the Safety Professional Services team at Veeva Systems, responsible for implementing the Vault Safety solution for various clients. You will lead the overall delivery of projects, taking on roles such as Project Manager and Solution Architect as needed. Your responsibilities will include defining business processes, managing project timelines, and ensuring that the implementation meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with customers to guide them through the implementation process, providing insights and best practices to ensure their success.

You will also be involved in training and supporting clients post-implementation, helping them to fully leverage the capabilities of the Vault Safety solution. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology, allowing you to bring innovative solutions to your clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the implementation process and enhance the overall customer experience.
