What you'll do
As the Manager of the Digital Customer Success team, you will lead a group of Customer Success Managers, coaching them to develop their skills and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving impact for BrightEdge's enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve their organic search goals through effective onboarding and ongoing support.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including professional services and account management, to provide strategic support to customers. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in developing training programs and resources to empower your team and improve overall performance.
