What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Customer Success team at BrightEdge, focusing on driving impact for enterprise customers. You will coach and mentor a talented group of Customer Success Managers, helping them develop their skills and expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will analyze customer feedback and data to inform your team's approach and ensure that they are equipped to address customer needs effectively. You will collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product, to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive overall business success. You will be responsible for setting performance metrics and goals for your team, tracking progress, and celebrating successes. You will also play a key role in developing training programs and resources that support your team's growth and development.
