Who you are

You have 10-12 years of experience in test automation, particularly in mobile applications, and have a strong understanding of mobile app architectures including Native, Hybrid, and React Native. Your programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and Python enable you to develop robust automation frameworks that enhance testing efficiency. You are familiar with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps, which you leverage to streamline the testing process. Your experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP allows you to effectively manage and deploy test environments. You understand container orchestration and can utilize tools like Docker to ensure consistent testing across various platforms.

You possess strong project portfolio management skills and have experience in budget and vendor management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your leadership abilities enable you to guide teams through complex testing scenarios while fostering a collaborative environment. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying potential issues before they escalate, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

What you'll do

As the QE Automation Lead, you will oversee the mobile test automation strategy, ensuring that all testing processes are efficient and effective. You will lead a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans that align with project goals. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining automation frameworks that support continuous integration and delivery.

You will also manage the testing lifecycle, from planning and execution to reporting and analysis. Your insights will drive improvements in testing processes and tools, ensuring that the team is equipped to handle the evolving demands of digital health solutions. You will work closely with product managers and developers to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process, facilitating a culture of quality across the organization.
