You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. You understand how to bridge the gap between complex backend capabilities and intuitive user experiences, ensuring that technology serves content-focused teams effectively. Your ability to partner with high-profile customers allows you to define product strategies that align with their needs and expectations. You are skilled in collecting and documenting requirements, monitoring product development, and overseeing customer hand-off and acceptance testing. You thrive in environments where you can support post-launch monitoring and continuously improve product offerings based on user feedback.
Desirable
Experience in digital transformation efforts, particularly in content management systems, is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for product management will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to create world-class editorial experiences. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
