What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Betterleap, you will own the product strategy for our recruiting platform, focusing on tools that enhance the hiring process for healthcare organizations. You will lead the evolution of our sourcing and sequencing tools, ensuring they meet the needs of recruiters. You will also oversee the development of our mobile applications for candidates, ensuring a seamless job discovery experience. Your role will involve defining metrics for success, conducting user research, and iterating on product features based on feedback. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating product updates and strategies to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on the vision and goals.
