You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading product development initiatives. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, is key to your success. You are comfortable leveraging AI and cutting-edge technology to drive product innovation and are passionate about creating products that resonate with users. You thrive in environments that encourage strategic risks and iterative problem-solving, and you are dedicated to serving customers effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the Experience Management category is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies and their application in product development. You are a proactive communicator who can articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and innovation of Qualtrics' flagship employee engagement products. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features that drive real business impact.
