Who you are

You have extensive experience in fund accounting and reporting, particularly within the VC and PE sectors. Your strong analytical skills enable you to prepare accurate investor reports, including performance metrics such as IRR, TVPI, DPI, and NAV calculations. You are committed to ensuring transparency and trust among fund managers, LPs, and investment teams, making the success of funds visible. You are proactive in driving the automation and digitization of accounting processes, ensuring they are efficient and compliant with industry standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take full responsibility for fund accounting and investor reporting for selected VC and PE funds. You will prepare accurate and timely investor reports, ensuring compliance with Invest Europe standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality financials that are standardized and audit-proof. Your focus will be on leveraging modern tools and clean data models to enhance the efficiency of reporting processes. You will actively participate in shaping the future of fund services by driving automation and integrating technology into accounting practices.
