You are a seasoned accounting professional with a strong background in financial and operational accounting. You have experience in preparing entries and balance sheet reconciliations, and you are comfortable managing the preparation of monthly analytical reviews. Your ability to liaise with external auditors and support audit processes is well-honed, and you are adept at reviewing and implementing process improvements. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various teams including Marketing, Legal, HR, and Financial systems to ensure seamless operations.

You understand the importance of regulatory expertise and are prepared to support the business in launching new initiatives by providing appropriate accounting support and oversight. Your professional demeanor and commitment to excellence make you a valuable asset to any team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing key elements of the financial and operational accounting aspects of Cognism's business. You will prepare monthly accounting entries and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will manage the preparation of monthly analytical reviews, providing insights that drive decision-making. Your role will involve liaising with external auditors to facilitate audit processes and ensure compliance with regulations.

You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, reviewing and implementing enhancements to internal controls processes. As a senior member of the accounting team, you will support the wider finance team with ad-hoc projects, contributing to the execution and delivery of team projects. Your collaboration with various departments will be crucial in achieving the company's financial goals and supporting its growth initiatives.
