Overview

Businessolver is hiring an Integrations Analyst II to implement data files for client configurations across various integration areas. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with project teams and clients.

Job Description

Who you are

You have experience working with data integrations and understand the importance of client-specific configurations. You excel in communication and can effectively gather requirements from clients and vendors, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and understood. Your attention to detail allows you to oversee testing phases and facilitate on-time launches of integration projects.

You are comfortable coordinating with project team members to understand the specific benefits structure and file layouts required for successful integrations. Your ability to document and configure files accurately is crucial in this role, as it directly impacts the success of client programs and their engagement with benefits solutions.

What you'll do

As an Integrations Analyst II at Businessolver, you will be responsible for all phases of new data exchange development. This includes documenting, updating, and communicating business requirements to ensure clarity among all stakeholders. You will oversee testing processes and facilitate the timely launch of integrations, working closely with clients and vendors to gather and analyze requirements.

You will coordinate with project teams to understand client-specific benefits structures, file layouts, field mappings, and profiles. Your role will involve detailed documentation and configuration of files, ensuring that all integrations meet the necessary standards and client expectations. You will play a key role in maximizing benefits program investments and minimizing risk exposure for clients.
