Who you are
You have a strong background in client services management, with experience in overseeing teams and ensuring client satisfaction. You excel in communication and collaboration, working closely with various internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery. Your analytical skills allow you to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement effectively. You are proactive in engaging with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
You understand the importance of quality assurance and are committed to maintaining high standards across all client deliverables. Your ability to evaluate team capacity and productivity metrics helps you manage resources effectively, ensuring that your team operates at peak performance. You are comfortable participating in client meetings and discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance client relationships.
What you'll do
As a Client Services Manager at Businessolver, you will participate in client meetings, including escalation discussions when necessary. You will ensure that your team is executing client activities efficiently and proactively engaging with Client Service Leads and Directors on open items. Daily, you will review and analyze the performance of client deliverables, identifying risk areas and collaborating with team members to address them. You will provide operational performance reports to the client leadership team, highlighting successes, risks, and needs on a weekly basis.
Your role will involve ensuring that quality assurance checks are conducted across all team deliverables, maintaining the high standards that Businessolver is known for. You will collaborate with Directors, AVPs, and Client Services Leads on special projects, acting as a point of escalation for client deliverables that your team is responsible for. Evaluating daily and weekly team capacity will be crucial, as you will work closely with leadership to optimize team performance and client satisfaction.
