You are a dedicated professional with a strong drive to deliver exceptional service to clients. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all member records are accurate and transactions are processed correctly. You are proactive in managing client deliverables and tracking progress to meet expectations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will ensure positive client experiences by providing high-quality service and communication. You will respond to shared inbox inquiries from clients and internal partners within expected time frames, ensuring that clients receive regular updates throughout the resolution process. You will review and work on all open cases for clients, ensuring that their needs are met promptly. You will run and work on full and quick audit reports to verify that all member records are accurate and that transactions have been processed correctly. Additionally, you will manage client deliverables, track progress, and complete assigned work to maintain high standards of service.
