You are committed to driving quality through auditing and process consistency across projects, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with leadership and support escalations or risk mitigation when necessary — your ability to engage with clients in a leadership capacity enhances their onboarding experience and builds trust in the process.

Desirable

What you'll do
