Overview

Businessolver is seeking a Client SaaS Implementation Lead to act as the primary point of contact for large-scale clients during their onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.

You have a strong background in client relationship management and SaaS implementations, with a focus on understanding client needs and translating them into actionable business requirements. You excel in leading discovery sessions and have a knack for assessing and mitigating project risks. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey project expectations and progress to both clients and internal teams. You are detail-oriented and possess a deep understanding of the SaaS delivery model, ensuring that client requirements are met with precision.

Desirable

Experience in the benefits technology sector or a similar field is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will help you thrive in this role. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of successful client onboarding experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, leading strategic planning and defining client requirements for all Businessolver service offerings. You will conduct discovery sessions that result in detailed business requirements, ensuring that both clients and vendors are aligned. Your expertise will guide the implementation of new projects and ongoing support, as you assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. You will actively communicate with clients and internal teams, providing updates on project expectations and progress in a timely manner. Your role will be crucial in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with Businessolver's services.
