What you'll do

As a Senior Data Scientist at ButcherBox, you will partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to uncover critical insights from our data. Your primary focus will be on performing advanced analysis and modeling to drive smarter decisions that enhance our product offerings and customer experiences. You will lead the end-to-end development of AI and ML systems that integrate seamlessly with our eCommerce platform and internal applications.

You will be responsible for conducting statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns in our marketing and operational data, enabling the team to make informed decisions that align with our business goals. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional offers and services to our members, ensuring that we continue to meet their needs effectively.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior data scientists, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
