Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in data science with a focus on clinical data, having worked extensively with longitudinal datasets and patient tokenization. Your experience includes designing and executing analyses that validate real-world datasets, ensuring they meet publication standards in scientific journals. You are solution-oriented and passionate about improving oncology patient care through high-quality data.
You possess expertise in developing methodologies for harmonizing and integrating various clinical data streams, including EHR, claims, and mortality data. Your collaborative spirit shines as you partner with internal stakeholders, including Outcomes Research, Engineering, and Applied AI teams, to identify and implement enhancements that drive the quality of data offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become an expert in Tempus's longitudinal clinical data and patient tokenization, linking third-party datasets to enhance the real-world data ecosystem. You will design and execute concordance analyses and reliability studies to demonstrate the validity of datasets, ensuring results are publication-ready. Your work will involve developing new methodologies for integrating diverse clinical data streams, enhancing the comprehensiveness and accuracy of datasets.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including data scientists, engineers, and biostatisticians, to enhance the quality of data available to internal researchers and external partners in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Your contributions will play a critical role in improving patient care through one of the largest molecular and clinical databases of cancer patients in the world.
