What you'll do
As a Key Account Manager at Cabify, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of your assigned client accounts. You will conduct weekly performance reviews, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your role will involve designing and executing account plans with clear quarterly objectives and expansion roadmaps. You will prepare weekly and monthly forecasts based on real data, analyzing key drivers of performance variations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the service delivered is impeccable. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of client accounts, ensuring that Cabify remains a leader in sustainable urban mobility solutions.
