You are adept at identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts β your strategic mindset allows you to recognize potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and leverage insights to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service is a testament to your organizational skills and attention to detail.
What you'll do
As a Key Account Manager at Equativ, you will be responsible for managing relationships with large media clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our platform. You will collaborate closely with Supply and Demand Sales, TechOps, and Product teams to provide strategic guidance and a seamless experience for clients. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address any challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
You will lead initiatives aimed at increasing platform adoption among your accounts, working to strengthen relationships and drive long-term growth. Your ability to analyze client data and feedback will be crucial in tailoring our offerings to meet their specific requirements. You will also play a key role in coordinating with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that they receive timely support.
