What you'll do
As a Key Account Manager at Frontify, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of high-potential enterprise accounts. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing expansion opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and support to your clients.
You will leverage strategic account planning to align client needs with Frontify's innovative brand platform solutions. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their goals and challenges, enabling you to provide tailored solutions that drive their success. You will also be responsible for managing renewals and ensuring that clients continue to see value in their partnership with Frontify.
