What you'll do

As a Back Office Analyst at Cabify, you will play a crucial role in aligning provisions and invoice support month by month, preventing operational deviations. You will identify and manage operational updates that affect invoice reconciliation, ensuring that all discrepancies are addressed promptly. Your collaboration with the operations team will be essential in resolving client discrepancies, and you will monitor the client payment portfolio, alerting the team to any irregularities based on financial reports. You will also take timely actions to maximize collections, including activating legal collection providers when necessary. Additionally, you will prepare weekly reports reflecting the status of financial operations, contributing to informed decision-making within the company.
