You have a strong foundation in IT support, with experience providing technical assistance to users in a corporate environment. You are comfortable troubleshooting hardware issues on Mac and HP devices, and you have a solid understanding of software support in Windows and macOS environments. Your communication skills allow you to effectively interact with various departments, ensuring that technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
You are familiar with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and have experience managing video conferencing systems like Zoom. You understand the importance of maintaining an organized inventory of technological assets and are proactive in keeping systems updated and functional. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are eager to contribute to IT projects that enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide integral technical support to Cabify's teams, ensuring that all tools and platforms function correctly. You will manage and resolve software incidents in both Windows and macOS environments, offering timely assistance to users. Your responsibilities will include providing hardware support for Mac and HP devices, configuring and maintaining equipment for new hires, and managing internal networks and connections.
You will also be responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with various internal departments, collaborating on IT projects, and organizing tasks to prioritize urgent issues. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of mobile device management systems, ensuring that all devices are secure and compliant with company policies. Your role will be crucial in contributing to a connected and efficient operational environment at Cabify.
