Cabify is seeking a Learning & Development Analyst to manage and develop employee lifecycle processes. You'll design and implement training programs to enhance talent development. This role requires experience in talent management and training coordination.

You have a strong background in learning and development, with experience in managing talent processes such as performance reviews and development planning. You understand the importance of fostering a culture of continuous learning and are passionate about helping employees grow in their careers. You are skilled in designing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of diverse teams, ensuring that learning opportunities are accessible and effective. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to coordinate effectively with external providers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality training initiatives. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and execute talent management processes, including performance reviews and the definition of employee objectives. You will design, coordinate, and implement training and development programs, utilizing both internal platforms and external providers. Your responsibilities will include negotiating with vendors to ensure the quality and effectiveness of development initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions that drive employee engagement and performance. You will also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Your role will involve collaborating with HR and management to create a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development.
