You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on user experience and product growth — you've successfully led product initiatives that have significantly improved user engagement and satisfaction. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams, where collaboration is key to driving the best ideas forward. You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring that your strategies are backed by solid metrics. You have a strong understanding of AI technologies and how they can be leveraged to enhance product offerings, making you well-suited for this role at Calendly. You thrive in environments that encourage creativity and innovation, and you are eager to contribute to a team that values growth and learning. You are an excellent communicator, able to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with scheduling software or similar products would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles. A passion for improving user experiences through technology is essential, and any background in AI or machine learning will be beneficial as you work to usher Calendly's product into the AI era.

What you'll do

As a Staff Product Manager on the Scheduling team, you will be responsible for evolving and scaling Calendly's core product, ensuring it remains the most intuitive and powerful scheduling platform available. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create seamless product experiences that delight users. Your role will involve defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and utilizing A/B testing to validate ideas and features. You will analyze user feedback and data to inform product decisions, ensuring that the product continues to meet the needs of millions of users worldwide. You will also be tasked with integrating AI capabilities into the product, making it smarter and more proactive for customers. Your leadership will help guide the team through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
