What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Ceph & Distributed Storage, you will lead a team of engineers dedicated to developing and enhancing open source storage solutions. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the team, ensuring that projects align with company goals and customer needs. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss their progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for growth. You will also collaborate with other teams within Canonical to ensure that your team's work integrates seamlessly with broader company initiatives.
