Desirable

What you'll do

As the Cloud Field Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers focused on helping customers implement Canonical's open source solutions. You will be responsible for shaping the team's direction and ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your role will involve direct engagement with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage Canonical's offerings.

You will oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring that your team meets deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. In addition to managing your team, you will contribute to the technical aspects of projects, helping to troubleshoot issues and guide engineers in their technical development.
