What you'll do
In this role, you will run a Professional Services team, helping customers implement Canonical's open source solutions — you will oversee project delivery and ensure that your team is aligned with customer expectations. You will engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices for deploying open source solutions in their environments — your technical expertise will be crucial in addressing customer challenges and ensuring successful implementations.
