Your ability to communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences makes you an effective advocate for security within the organization. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing teams across different time zones.
What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for Security Standards and Hardening, you will lead a team of security experts dedicated to protecting the open-source ecosystem. Your role will involve developing and implementing security standards for various components of the Ubuntu platform, including desktops, servers, and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development teams to ensure that security best practices are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
