What you'll do

As an Associate Linux Support Engineer at Canonical, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support across the full technical stack, including cloud, desktop, and IoT environments. You will triage and resolve complex issues, from Linux kernel crashes to OS configuration problems. Your role will involve problem qualification and full resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
