Your passion for open source drives you to bridge the gap between innovation and stringent certification processes, particularly in the automotive and industrial sectors. You understand the importance of cybersecurity and safety standards, such as IEC 61508 and ISO 26262, and are committed to ensuring that your team meets these requirements. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to represent Canonical and Ubuntu effectively within the industrial and automotive communities.

You have a proven track record of enhancing delivery quality and developer experience, and you thrive in environments where you can challenge and positively influence team culture. Your leadership style encourages collaboration and continuous learning, fostering an environment where your team can grow and excel. You are adept at strategic planning and execution, ensuring that your team's efforts align with Canonical's goals in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Desirable

What you'll do
