What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and evolving Canonical's design system, ensuring measurable adoption and consistency across all products. You will collaborate closely with designers and engineers to translate user needs into effective design solutions. Your work will involve defining and advocating for design standards that enhance the user experience and ensure accessibility.

You will engage in regular discussions with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on design components, ensuring they meet the needs of both users and the brand. Your role will also include conducting user research to inform design decisions and validate design concepts. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of design excellence within the organization, encouraging collaboration and innovation among team members.
