You have 4+ years of professional frontend experience, particularly with React and Next.js, and you understand the nuances that turn good designs into great user experiences. Your entrepreneurial mindset drives you to take action and innovate, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can contribute to a high-velocity engineering culture. You possess high emotional intelligence, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate your ideas clearly. Bonus points if you have experience with API development using Node.js, WebAssembly, or WebGL, as well as familiarity with CI/CD and APM tools.

What you'll do

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Capsule, you will build beautiful, performant, and responsive web UIs that enhance our AI-powered video editing tool. You will translate designs into high-quality code, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted. Collaborating closely with design and product teams, you will shape new features from concept to launch, implementing and maintaining our design system and component library. You will own integrations with both internal and third-party APIs, identifying and eliminating technical debt while simplifying architecture and improving performance. Your commitment to quality will shine through as you champion best practices in testing, code reviews, and documentation. You will also have the opportunity to explore new technologies through rapid prototyping and R&D, staying up-to-date with AI coding tools to enhance your productivity.

What we offer

Capsule offers a competitive salary range between $100,000 and $170,000 USD, along with equity options.
