What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for strategic supply planning, moving beyond daily scheduling to long-term capacity forecasting. You will utilize predictive modeling to ensure that fleet size aligns with projected demand, preventing both under-supply and over-saturation. Your focus will be on optimizing captain performance through data-driven insights and engagement strategies. You will work closely with various teams to implement AI solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. Additionally, you will monitor marketplace health and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary to maintain balance and drive growth. Your role will also involve analyzing performance metrics and developing strategies to improve engagement and retention among captains.
