Job Description
Who you are
You are a seasoned Growth Manager with a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the healthcare sector. Your experience includes managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and a deep understanding of the safety-net healthcare ecosystem, particularly with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Tribal Health Organizations, and Free & Charitable Clinics. You thrive in high-ownership environments and are energized by disciplined outreach and thoughtful account development. Your ability to operate autonomously and represent CareMessage with professionalism is key to your success in this role.
You possess strong skills in opportunity origination and are adept at qualifying inbound demand generated by Growth Marketing. Your expertise extends to sourcing outbound opportunities, leading discovery and demo conversations, and advancing proposals through contract execution, renewal, and expansion. You are self-motivated and have a passion for contributing to go-to-market strategies through structured insights from the field.
What you'll do
As a Growth Manager at CareMessage, you will be responsible for managing the full commercial lifecycle independently. This includes driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities, leading discussions with potential clients, and ensuring successful contract execution. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing team to leverage inbound demand while also proactively sourcing outbound opportunities. Your role will require you to lead discovery conversations and demos, effectively communicating the value of CareMessage's offerings to potential clients.
You will be expected to maintain a healthy pipeline and develop strong relationships with buyers, ensuring consistent delivery of new and expansion Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in alignment with organizational goals. Your insights from the field will contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy, helping to shape how CareMessage approaches its growth initiatives. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating operational rigor and consistent execution in your responsibilities.
