Carta is hiring a Fund Controller to manage fund administration and enhance the strategic impact of fund CFOs. This role requires expertise in financial management and client relations.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in finance and fund administration, with experience in managing financial operations for investment funds. You understand the complexities of private capital markets and are adept at navigating the unique challenges they present. Your technical excellence and client management skills set you apart, allowing you to effectively support fund CFOs in their strategic initiatives. You are innovative and willing to roll up your sleeves to tackle problems head-on, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service.

What you'll do

As a Fund Controller at Carta, you will oversee the administration of funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
