Overview

Carta is hiring a Manager, Fund Controller to provide strategic support for fund CFO services. You'll work across various locations including San Francisco and New York. This role requires strong financial acumen and experience in fund administration.

Who you are

You have a strong background in finance and fund administration, with a focus on providing strategic support to CFOs. Your experience includes managing capital calls, distributions, and audit/tax support, ensuring that clients receive the leverage they need to succeed. You understand the complexities of private capital markets and are adept at communicating effectively with limited partners and stakeholders.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. Your ability to analyze financial data and provide insights will help enhance the strategic impact of the services you provide. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What you'll do
