Vibe is seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee the accounting and treasury landscape for their US and French entities. You'll ensure accurate financial reporting and cash management while collaborating closely with FP&A and external accounting firms. This role requires strong financial expertise and offers a competitive salary range of $160,000–$200,000.

Who you are
You have a strong background in finance, with at least 5 years of experience in a financial controller or similar role. You possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, ensuring that financial statements are accurate and compliant with regulations. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret financial data and provide insights that drive business decisions. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with international accounting standards. A CPA or equivalent certification will enhance your candidacy. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement within financial processes and systems, and you are eager to implement best practices that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What you'll do
As the Group Financial Controller at Vibe, you will take full ownership of the accounting and treasury functions for our US and French entities. You will lead the monthly close process, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely. You will develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve coordinating with FP&A to provide reliable financial data that supports strategic decision-making. You will manage cash routines, ensuring that cash flow is monitored and optimized to support business operations. Additionally, you will work closely with external accounting firms to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. You will be the go-to finance partner for the CFO, providing insights into financial performance and helping to shape the financial strategy as the company scales.
