What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the entire interview scheduling process, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently. You will work closely with various teams, including research, engineering, product, and business, to coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining systems and tools that streamline the hiring process, allowing for scalability as the company grows. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics related to the hiring process, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary. You will collaborate with team leads to understand their hiring needs and ensure that the interview process aligns with the company’s goals and values.
