Who you are
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. You possess a strong attention to detail and are committed to delivering high-quality repairs. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, ensuring that customer commitments are met. You are comfortable using various tools and machinery, particularly those related to wheel repair, and are open to learning new techniques and processes.
What you'll do
As an Auto Rim Repair Tech at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and ensuring that all repairs meet the company's high standards. You will utilize a wheel repair machine and apply paint and clear-coat to wheels, ensuring a flawless finish. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, using state-of-the-art tools to perform your tasks efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that all vehicles are delivered to customers in excellent condition.
What we offer
Carvana provides a competitive wage ranging from $20 to $24 per hour, along with a $500 bonus for new hires.
