Carvana is hiring an Auto Body Repair Technician for their 2nd shift team in Rocklin, CA. You'll perform light bodywork including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience.

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are skilled in performing light bodywork tasks such as prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles, and you have a keen eye for detail. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands.
You possess a valid driverβs license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are open to learning and growing within the company, taking advantage of training programs that will enhance your skills and career progression. What you'll do
As an Auto Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing various light bodywork tasks, including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles to ensure they meet Carvana's high standards. You will also be involved in removing and installing bumpers, conducting minor plastic welding, and executing small area bodywork, including Bondo repair. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that every vehicle is ready for delivery to customers.
You will work closely with your team to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Your role will also involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the repair process.
