You have at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair β you understand the intricacies of repairing deep wheel damage and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality repairs. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every wheel you repair meets the highest standards of quality. You are also eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry, taking advantage of training programs offered by Carvana to enhance your skills and advance your career.
You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English β this is essential for collaborating with your team and understanding the needs of customers. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the demands of a busy automotive repair shop. You are also committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
What you'll do
As an Auto Body Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing wheels and rims that have sustained damage. You will use specialized wheel repair machines and techniques to restore wheels to their original condition. Your role will involve assessing the extent of damage, performing repairs, and applying paint and clear-coat finishes to ensure a professional appearance. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
