You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel or rim repair β you understand the intricacies of repairing deep wheel damage and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for the job. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment.
You possess a valid driverβs license and can read, write, speak, and understand English β these skills are essential for effective communication and collaboration within the team. You are open to working mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs, demonstrating your commitment to the company's mission.
What you'll do
As a Rim Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using state-of-the-art wheel repair machines. You will also be tasked with painting and clear-coating wheels to ensure they meet the high standards expected by our customers. Your role will involve working in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will utilize advanced tools and techniques to deliver quality repairs.
