Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to perform light maintenance and repairs on vehicles. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are familiar with changing brakes and tires, and you understand the importance of routine inspections and maintenance. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands.

You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, and you appreciate the value of ongoing training programs that help you grow your skills and advance your pay as the company expands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring you can understand and follow instructions clearly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for performing brake and tire installations, as well as basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, and rotors. You will conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for customers. Your work will directly contribute to Carvana's mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring that vehicles are in top condition.
