Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.

You are familiar with basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You take pride in your work and are dedicated to using state-of-the-art tools to ensure high-quality service. You are open to learning and growing within the company, especially if you are starting in an entry-level position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, focusing on brake and tire services. You will be responsible for changing brake pads, calipers, and rotors, as well as installing tires and performing wheel alignments. Your work will contribute to the overall safety and performance of the vehicles we sell, ensuring that our customers receive reliable and well-maintained cars.

You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools and equipment to carry out your tasks efficiently. As part of the Carvana team, you will collaborate with other automotive professionals to deliver exceptional service and support our mission of providing a great customer experience.
